Stainless steel necklace with a cross-shaped pendant, 3.7 x 5.3 cm. The front has a sublimation-compatible cross-shaped plate, and the back is smooth and suitable for engraving. The plate and adhesive are included.

How to customize, step by step

1Remove the cross-shaped plate and peel off the protective plastic film. If it remains on the plate, the transfer will not take place.
2Insert only the plate into the press and print. Never place the pendant or chain in the press.
3After cooling, attach the plate to the front of the cross using the adhesive already applied to the back. If you want, engrave the back with a name or a date.
No sublimation press? The area where the plate is attached can be engraved directly, or you can cut a photograph printed on thicker glossy paper along the outline and attach it in place of the plate. The plates can also be printed by UV print.

Sublimation parameters

Values tested by Green Print for this type of product. A test on 1-2 pieces is recommended before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.

💡 Practical tips
  • Remove the protective film from the plate before pressing
  • Print on the white side, with the sublimation lacquer coating
  • Use Teflon sheet or protective paper over the transfer sheet
  • Allow the plates to cool naturally before bonding
  • Leave a 2 mm margin around the outline; the arms of the cross are narrow
