How to personalize, step by step
Sublimation parameters
Values tested by Green Print for this product type. A test on 1-2 pieces is recommended before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.
- Remove the protective film from the plate before pressing
- Print on the white side, with the sublimation lacquer coating
- Use Teflon sheet or protective paper over the transfer sheet
- Allow the plates to cool naturally before bonding
- For round logos, center the design in the 3.4 cm square
