Fabric with a velvety surface, with adhesive polyester backing, for marking ordinary textile materials.
The film is made of a very thin layer of PVC, over which a velvety layer is applied.
Meets the toxicity standard Oeko-Tex Standard 100, class III, for items that do not come into direct contact with the skin.
The film is cut in mirror, and heat transfer is done with the help of its own backing.
- transfer temperature: 160° C;
- transfer time: 15-20 seconds;
- pressure: medium;
- washing temperature: maximum 60° C.
The backing is removed after cooling.
It is available in 19 colors and is supplied in rolls with widths of 50 cm and a length of 25 m and is sold by the meter.
Note: Due to the large variety of textile materials on the market, it is necessary to pre-test the compatibility between the film and the material intended to be printed. The transfer temperatures and times are indicative, being the result of our tests and practical experience. For optimal application, pre-pressing of the material to be marked is recommended.
RECOMMENDATION
For marking textile materials made of cotton, polyester, polyester-cotton blends, and most synthetic materials (except nylon).
