MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a board made of hardwood and softwood. The front side is covered with a layer of white sublimation varnish.
MDF plaques are ideal for making refrigerator magnets. Use with Green Print magnets is recommended

Sublimation parameters
Values tested by Green Print for this type of product. Testing on 1-2 pieces is recommended before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.
- Print only on the side coated with sublimation varnish
- Use Teflon sheet for protection
- Pre-press 3-5 seconds to remove moisture
- Remove the protective film before pressing
- Pay attention to thickness - may require adjusting the platen distance
Recommended for
MDF is composite wood with only one side treated for sublimation - make sure you print on the correct side. Remove the protective film before pressing.
