Stainless steel cross-shaped keychain, 3.7 x 5.3 cm. The front has a cross-shaped sublimation-compatible plate, and the back is smooth and suitable for engraving. The plate and adhesive are included.

On the front, you can add a photograph, an icon, or a message by sublimation, while the smooth back can be engraved with a name, a date, or a verse. This way you get a keychain customized on both sides, even if it has only one plate.

How to customize it, step by step

1Remove the cross-shaped plate and remove the protective plastic film. If it remains on the plate, the transfer will not occur.
2Insert only the plate into the press and print. Never insert the entire keychain into the press.
3After cooling, bond the plate to the front of the cross, using the adhesive already applied on the back. If desired, engrave the back with a name or a date.
No sublimation press? The area where the plate is bonded can be engraved directly, or you can cut a photo printed on thicker glossy paper to the outline and bond it in place of the plate. The plates can also be printed using UV printing.

Values tested by Green Print for this type of product. A test on 1-2 pieces before production is recommended, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.

💡 Practical tips
  • Remove the protective film from the plate before pressing
  • Print on the white side, with the sublimation coating layer
  • Use Teflon sheet or protective paper over the transfer sheet
  • Allow the plates to cool naturally before bonding
  • Leave a 2 mm margin along the outline; the arms of the cross are narrow

For baptism favors, the combination works very well: an icon or the child's photo on the front through sublimation and the name plus date engraved on the back.
